Russia’s Prime Minister Vladimir Putin received a GPS collar for his black Lab, Koni, this week. The global positioning satellite system is still not fully operational in Russia but will be by the end of the year. In the US, however, the GPS system is fully operational and several companies offer services to track your dog through GPS collars, great for dogs that wander off.
