New Pocket Guide Covers Pet Emergencies

Every dog lovers worries about knowing what to do in case of a pet pet injury, illness or emergency. There’s a new pocket guide out now that can ease those worries. The Pet Emergency Pocket Guide, published by Informed Publishing which specializes in books on emergency preparedness and response, is now available in paper and in a mobile edition.
This tabbed, color-coded, and illustrated guide shows and tells you what to do before, during, and after an incident with information on first aid, emergency assessment, pet safety and preparation in the event of a natural disaster or evacuation. A separate section covers safely with pets, including a pet travel kit checklist.
The book is endorsed by A.M.E.R.S. Animal Ambulance, a company that provides free 24-hour national animal ambulance and veterinary referral services.
