Dog Fancier’s Dog Show Planned for Chesapeake, Virginia

Dog devotees can cheer for the passel of purebred pooches that promenade through Chesapeake City Park during the Dog Fancier’s Dog Show in Chesapeake, Virginia. Scheduled for April 25 – 26, 2009, approximately 700 of man’s best friends will vie to be the best in their breed at this AKC licensed event.
Fun for Fido enthusiasts of all ages, kids 9 – 17 can shine the spotlight on their barking buddies in the Junior Showmanship category, and any pal to those with paws will enjoy a special behind-the-scenes look at the canine competition at “Tour of the Dog Show.”
If you think your dog has championship potential, entries for the competition must be received by April 9, 2009 at noon.
