The Cesar and Ilusion Millan Foundation, which provides direct funding for spaying and neutering programs and the rescue and rehabilitation of abused and abandoned dogs, has set a goal of raising $40,000 by August 27, 2009.
The date coincides with the 40th birthday of Cesar Millan, also known as the National Geographic Channel’s Dog Whisperer.
