Online Survey Looks at Health of Dog Owners

Looking for an easy way to donate to dogs–without spending a penny? A master’s thesis project currently underway at George Washington University will assess health and physical activity levels of adults in the U.S. of pet-owners and non-pet owners–and for each survey received, will donate $1 (up to $400).
The online survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The study is looking for surveys by those both with and without pets.
Requirements: The only requirements to participate is to be 18 years or older and currently living in the U.S.
Your Donation: For every completed survey received, $1 will be donated to various charities (up to $400) that benefit animal rights and welfare including the Humane Society of the U.S. and the Best Friends Animals Society. [Update: see comment below.]

Just a few days left to take the survey (Oct 1st.)
And there been a slight change to the organizations I'll be donating to. Someone called my thesis advisor a few weeks ago and said she and her 'organization' were protesting my survey because I was donating money to HSUS. I had to comply because of my deadline and I had to ensure I would have enough participants. So instead of HSUS, I'll be donating to the NAIA, as well as Best Friends.
