Does your dog have a Halloween costume? If you’re like almost half the DogTipper readers, the answer is no. Fourteen percent of you were undecided but 33 percent plan to be dressing their in purchased costumes while only six percent will be dressing their dog with a handmade costume. How about you?     Absolutely will not put clothes nor costumes on my Pepper. God made him a better outfit.
