The filty conditions that dogs in puppy mills survive in are seen time after time as rescues are made; this month, a Tennessee raid freed over 220 dogs that were living in cramped, dirty conditions in a small home. The dogs often have health problems (as well as socialization problems) and are a sad reminder never to buy a dog from a pet store or over the Internet but to always search for a reputable breeder, a rescue, or a local shelter! This fun video shows one of the Tennessee rescues who is dancing for joy after being freed from a puppy mill!
