Recently we reviewed Beasty Bling’s high-end pet jewelry and now we are giving away the necklace we reviewed! Thanks to Beasty Bling, one lucky winner will receive this lapis lazuli and silver neckwear for dogs and cats created by gemologist Kate Noto! This piece is valued at $85.
