It’s Facebook Friday time! Every Friday, we highlight four Facebook fan pages for pet lovers. If you have some favorites we’ve missed, be sure to leave us a comment below or post a note on our Facebook wall!
This fan page is for www.fatcatsandluckydogs.com and its accompany book of the same name. Written by two attorneys (one who’s also an estate planner), the page covers a serious topic for pet lovers: how to make sure your pets are taken care of in the event of your death. For all its serious look at this topic, though, the fan page also includes plenty of fun pet videos!
We’ve been a fan of Pooch Park Wear for a good while but over on their former group page; now they’re on a new fan page! This page for www.poochparkwear.com, a California-based company that makes personalized dog shirts and hoodies, includes lots of inspiring quotes about man’s best friend.
We just wrote a festivals piece about this upcoming free event (July 31) which will include lots of adoption opportunities, low-cost vaccinations and microchipping, agility, flyball, and lots of vendors.
Did you know that Shorty Rossi, star of Animal Planet’s Pit Boss, has his own fan page, shared with his pittie Hercules? (Pit Boss also has a fan page which we included in a previous Facebook Friday.) Look for news about Shorty’s special appearances and work as well as lots of fan photos of their pits!
