Win a Balloon Festival VIP Package From Texas Pet Expo

Would you like to win a ride in a hot air balloon and admission to the giant Texas Pet Expo? The Texas Pet Expo, a consumer pet show at the Plano Centre scheduled for November 6 – 7, 2010, is sponsoring a VIP Balloon Festival Package contest for the Plano Balloon Festival. (DogTipper will be exhibiting at the Texas Pet Expo so be sure to say hi if you come by!)

Anne D’Alessandro, show organizer for the Texas Pet Expo explains the reason for the contest. “As a sponsor of the Plano Balloon Festival and manager for the Texas Pet Expo, we wanted to publicize the fun activities being held this fall in Plano. This contest is a way we can provide a family in Plano tickets for two really great activities!”

The Prize: The package includes a Friday morning balloon ride for two (weather permitting), four VIP tickets to the Plano Balloon Festival, VIP parking and four admission tickets to the Texas Pet Expo. The balloon ride will launch at 7am on Friday, September 17,  the first day of the Plano Balloon Festival.

How to Enter: To enter the contest, applicants should visit the Texas Pet Expo Facebook page and become a “fan” by clicking the “Like This” link.  All fans of the Texas Pet Expo are automatically entered in the VIP Balloon Festival Package contest.

Restrictions: There are certain safety restrictions for participating in the balloon ride. Passengers must be over the age of 10 and in good health.  Passengers cannot be pregnant, recently released from the hospital, have current broken bones or casts.  Passengers below the age of 18 must have parental permission or the parent must fly with them.  Riders are accepted at the discretion of the ride operator.  All passengers will be required to sign a release form provided by the Festival ride provider.

About the Texas Pet Expo: The Texas Pet Expo, a consumer pet show being held at the Plano Centre on November 6th and 7th,  will feature nationally known pet entertainers, pet educators, services and products.  This expo is the must-see Fall event for all pet lovers.
