Millions of teenage girls have developed a case of puppy love for chart-topping cutie Justin Bieber, and now dog devotees have caught Bieber fever as well, thanks to the heartthrob’s new PSA promoting shelter pet adoption.
The proud pet parent of a Papillon named Sam (a shelter rescue), the singing sensation– who posed with a Papillon pal called Bijoux for his first PSA– hopes that his presence in a new Animals Can Make U Smile adopt, don’t buy campaign will mean that more of the 7 to 8 million dogs and cats who find themselves in shelters each year will, like the title of his 2010 hit single,” find “Somebody To Love.”
