Fans of the Animal Planet series Last Chance Highway will get the chance to see country crooner/Rover rescuer Lucas Hoge in person at an upcoming family-and Fido-friendly experience, the I Love My Dog Expo.
The Nebraska-born singer will be back in his home state, signing autographs and performing for people who are passionate about pups as they enjoy an event filled with educational demonstrations, animal rescue organizations and vendors selling a plethora of pet-related products.
A happening with heart, the day dedicated to dog devotion benefits Domesti-PUPS, a non-profit organization which provides service dogs for people with disabilities and offers classroom canines, pet therapy pooches and educational programs.
Admission: A donation of $5 for ages 12 and up is suggested.
When: February 26, 2011 from 9 am – 4 pm
Where: Lancaster Event Center at 84th and Havelock Ave. in Lincoln, Nebraska
