Martha Stewart Receives Stitches for Dog Injury

Martha Stewart was injured this week by Francesca, one of her two French Bulldogs. Returning home from a trip to Columbia as well as Orlando, Martha Stewart bent over her beloved (and sleeping) Frenchie to give her a quick kiss before heading to New York City for a morning television show. When the television host and magazine publisher (who is also known for her line of pet accessories at PetSmart) bent over Francesca, the dog was startled and raised up quickly, hitting Martha Stewart in the lip. The injury resulted in nine stitches at her local emergency room.

Oh, Martha, we feel your pain…that has almost happened to us so many times. We’ve been lucky and just been hit on the chin by dogs rising up faster than we thought or playing and jumping suddenly…
