New Season of It’s Me or the Dog Premieres Jan. 8

The new year marks the start of a new season of It’s Me or the Dog, and the queen of canine comportment has a new batch of chaotic canines and frazzled families to train.

Victoria Stilwell takes on a raucous reality TV Rover and the parent who pampers her in “Menace to High Society,” the season’s premiere episode, featuring Ginger the chihuahua and her paparazzi magnet Momma Jill Zarin of The Real Housewives of New York City, who has found out that spoiling Spot can lead to serious issues.

Fans of Fidos can also look forward to “The Castle Goes to the Dogs,” an episode that proves that a man’s home may be his castle, but living in a majestic Long Island manor can be a royal pain when a passel of pooches causes problems.

From doggie yoga to tango dancing, Victoria Stilwell employs positive reinforcement methods to transform each unruly Rover from a fright into a polite pet and every harried human into a true pal for man’s best friend in the upcoming season of It’s Me or the Dog. Animal Planet will unleash the new season on January 8, 2011 at 8 PM E/P.
