This week, we reviewed a super cute dog hoodie from IS PET, a company that produces not only dog clothing but also pet jewelry. Today we’ve got a skull necklace (for cats or dogs) with inset Swarovski crystals (value $47) to give one lucky winner!

Note: This necklace is eight inches long.
