Shorty Rossi Co-Hosting Pinups For Pitbulls Event

The dog days of summer have yet to arrive, but  this June the burlesque beauties from Pinups for Pitbulls will cause temperatures to rise for Pitties’ sake at an upcoming bash to benefit the ‘bully’ breed, A Midwest Summer Carnival.

Emceed by Lurlene the Trailer Trash Queen, Rover-loving revelers age 21 and over can enjoy a retro-style show complete with performances by Pinups for Pitbull’s founder Little Darling, The Kansas City Society of Burlesque, Bee’s Knees burlesque and more.

An array of rockabilly and honkytonk bands will provide the heartbeat to the happening, which will help Pinups for Pitbulls provide support for bully breed rescue organizations.

The ‘Pittie’ party, which will be hosted by Animal Planet personality Shorty Rossi (and Hercules!), will also feature a raffle, auction, photo booth, cars, bikes and hot rods.

Tickets: $15 in advance, $20 on the day of the show and $40 for a VIP ticket, which includes a dedicated waitress, swag, snacks, three free raffle tickets and the chance to party with the Pit Boss.
