Are you looking for a dog to adopt? We’re launching a new matchmaking service to help harness the power of social media. Here’s how it works:
- Take a moment to complete the form below. Tell us as much about the dog you’re looking for as you can as well as details on your lifestyle. Do you have small children? Do you like to jog or are you looking for a dog to hang out with on the couch? Do you have other dogs or other pets in your home?
- Let us know the largest town near you…and, if you’re willing to drive further for your new dog, let us know that, too.
- After we get your information, we’ll create a web page and then post links to that webpage on our Facebook fan page and on Dogtipper’s Twitter account. We’ll invite readers, rescues and shelters to submit information on dogs they think might be a good match.
- We’ll compile all the leads we get through Facebook and Twitter in the comments section of the web page and we invite readers to leave comments as well about recommended dogs. Be sure to bookmark the web page and check back for updates.
- The page will remain open for comments for one month then will close to comments. If you’re still looking for a dog after that time, send in another form and refine your search a little more and we’ll see if we can make a match!
- If you are successful and adopt a dog, be sure to send us a photo…we love happy stories!
So here goes! Complete the form below then watch for your web page in a day or so. Be sure to subscribe to DogTipper.com by email so you don’t miss your page!
