Serving up ‘cue for a cause, the Santa Barbara County Animal Care Foundation invites foodies and fans of Fidos to a barbecue dinner that will help to give homeless pets at three Santa Barbara shelters a taste of the good life.
Along with the meal, Animal Planet personality Shorty Rossi and Hercules of Pit Boss fame will offer food for thought as the event’s celebrity guest, while a silent auction and door prizes will add flavor to the festivities. For attendees who want to add a new four-legged friend to their family there will be adorable adoptables from local shelters.
Ticket price: $50 (must be purchased prior to the event as tickets will not be sold at the door)
When: August 7, 2011 starting at 4 p.m. (dinner served at 6 p.m.)
