Celebrities To Attend Mutt-i-grees Mania Adoption Event

Celebrities may be accustomed to adoration, but when the “Get Your Licks on Route 66″ Pet Adoption Tour comes to an end in late September stars will play supporting roles as more than 100 dogs, cats, puppies and kittens lap up the public’s affection.

Celebrating the success of a 17-city tour along America’s most iconic road, Animal League spokesperson Beth Stern– along with actress Kathryn Erbe (Law & Order: Criminal Intent), Tony Award-nominated Broadway star Orfeh, actor Josh Flitter (the voice of Budderball the puppy in the popular Disney Buddies film franchise), model Jen Araki, designer John Bartlett and TV host Sara Gore– will welcome three Mobile Rescue and Adoption Units filled with adorable adoptables to Mutt-i-grees® Mania, a function to find forever homes for Fidos and felines.

The event is the grand finale to North Shore Animal League America’s third annual pet adoption tour, which promoted the option of shelter adoption during a 3,200-mile journey, and will feature pets from:

In Our Hands Rescue
Puppy Love Pet Rescue
Sean Casey Animal Rescue
