Dog Park Superstars Airs September 25

Bringing dogged determination to the playing field, skilled Spots partner with their pet parents to prove who’s top dog in a new hour-long Fido-focused special which premieres on the Game Show Network (GSN) September 25, 2011– Dog Park Superstars.

Comedic co-host Ben Gleib of Chelsea Lately fame will provide playful play-by-play while canine life coach Laura Navito analyzes each Fido’s finesse during the the canine competition, which challenges the tenacity of five Fido/guardian teams as they tackle tasks which test both their individual talents and their ability to work in tandem.

Three rounds determine which final three pet/parent pairings will compete for a coveted giant gold hydrant-shaped trophy.

Dog Park Superstars airs September 25, 2011 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on GSN.

While we’ll have to wait and see if canine competitor Kota has what it takes to be the overall winner, this rescue Rover and his doting Dad will easily win viewers’ hearts:
