Halo, Freekibble.com Help Irene Shelter Pets

We’ve written before about Freekibble.com and Freekibblekat.com, two amazing sites that challenge you each day with a pet-related question. When you answer the question (right or wrong), your effort donates a piece of kibble to help shelter pets!
On Thursday, September 8, the efforts from Freekibble.com and Freekibblekat.com will be extra special. All kibble raised on Freekibble.com and Freekibblekat.com on Thursday will be donated to the animal relief efforts in Vermont and North Carolina PLUS Halo, Purely for Pets will be doubling the donation if the sites hit 1 million pieces of kibble.
That means a potential for TWO MILLION pieces of kibble could be donated directly to the Central Vermont Humane Society and the Fayetteville, NC Animal Protection Society to support their efforts in caring for the hundreds of pets impacted by the storm. These organizations will be distributing the food to additional welfare groups who are struggling.
