Joss Stone Fosters Rescue Dog

A multi-platinum selling recording artist with a heart of gold, Grammy Award winner Joss Stone made dog devotees feel like singing when she revealed that she is currently fostering a Pit Bull/Bull Mastiff named Oprah.

Voted best celebrity dog owner back in 2005 by the readers of The New York Dog Magazine and The Hollywood Dog magazine not only for her love of her own pets, but also for helping dogs left homeless by hurricanes Katrina and Rita, today Stone is the proud parent to four Fidos. Although travel and commitments make it impossible for the performer to make the 6-year-old sweetheart a part of her fur family, the soul singer is happy to have the mellow mixed breed in her home and in the studio with her as she records tracks for her upcoming album, People magazine reports.

While Oprah enjoys listening to Stone’s tail-wagging tunes, the rescue Rover is hoping to find a forever home. Anyone interested in adopting Oprah:
