Bravo Series ‘Mad Fashion’ Features Paws for Style Event

Celebrities and Spots proved that philanthropy is always in fashion as they worked the runway this past spring at the 11th annual Paws for Style event, a chance for trendsetting tail-waggers to model designer doggie duds while raising funds for The Humane Society of New York.

Co-hosted by Animal Fair founder Wendy Diamond and her simply mah-velous Maltese Lucky (a rescue Rover who recently earned a place in the Guinness Book of World Records as the ‘Animal Most Photographed with Celebrities’), the fashion-forward fete included adoptable dogs who lapped up the attention as they posed on the catwalk with paparazzi magnets.

If you were unable to attend the swank soiree, you can still watch all the couture-conscious canines pose for a paws cause when designer Chris March creates a cute model/dog combo design for TV personality Maria Sansone and her four-pawed pal Ralph on an upcoming episode of the Bravo series Mad Fashion, airing November 22, 2011 at 10/9c.
