Just days before the release of her latest album “100 Proof,” former American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler will devote 100 percent of her attention to a paws cause as she takes on the role of host at the second annual “Unleashed: Dinner with Your Dog” event, benefiting the Nashville Humane Association.

Doggedly devoted to animals, the three-time CMT Music Award winner– who won the hearts of animal lovers in the summer of 2011 when she rescued an injured Pit Bull– will emcee the Pedigree-presented evening as adoptable, fashion-forward Fidos file down the catwalk in numbers by notable Nashville designers and bling made just for the discriminating dog. All of the canine couture displayed will be auctioned off to raise funds for the Nashville Humane Association.

The philanthropic famous faces who will escort the Spots as they lap up the limelight on the runway will include:

Heather Byrd
Sarah Darling
Allison Demarcus
Margaret Ellis
Jeffrey Garner
Ty Herndon
Russell Hitchcock
Karla Lawson
Dean Miller
Mike Smith
Shane Talent
Jimmy Wayne

Along with the Fido fashion show and auction, the event also features dinner for attendees and their tail-wagging chums, cocktail hour, doggie valet, giveaways and demonstrations.

Tickets: $80 general admission, which includes wine-beer at cocktail hour only and dinner; $150 for a Catwalk ticket, which includes wine-beer, dinner, gift and special reserved seating

When: January 21, 2012 at 6:30 p.m.

Where: Ballroom of the Hutton Hotel at 1808 West End Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee
