Song by Cheap Trick Frontman Helps Fight Against Canine Cancer

Cheap Trick has hit the road with Aerosmith this summer in a tour bus emblazoned with the logo for The Riedel & Cody Fund’s 12 Million Dog March to eradicate canine cancer, and the group’s frontman is helping companion animals who have been stricken with the disease on their road to a brighter tomorrow with a tune that has put a song in the heart of dog devotees.

Robin Zander has re-recorded his song “Every Dog Has Its Day” from his solo album Countryside Blvd. for The Riedel & Cody Fund, which raises awareness and funds to fight the dreaded diagnosis that 12 million dogs and cats receive each year.

For a $1 donation to the paws cause, Zander’s doggedly devoted fans can download the song on Amazon, iTunes or Zune.
