Following in the footsteps of such celebrities as Kristin Chenoweth and Joanna Krupa, Switched at Birth star Katie Leclerc is the latest luminary to show their support for an organization that helps both people and pets during its 35th anniversary year celebration.

Through November 31, 2012 fans of the ABC Family series who make a donation of $35.35 to Dogs for the Deaf are automatically entered for the chance to win a 10-minute Skype call from the star, who is the loving pet parent to a deaf Australian Cattle Dog named Gus. As a bonus, each contest entrant will receive a personalized, autographed photo from the actress.

The winner will be chosen at random and will be announced in December.

Founded in 1977, Dogs for the Deaf offers shelter Spots a new lease on life as service dogs for people living with physical, mental or emotional challenges.
