American Pickers Star Mike Wolfe to Appear at Art for Animals Benefit

Reality star Mike Wolfe, who searches for antiques and collectables each week on The History Channel series American Pickers, is a treasured find in the world of animal advocacy. Doggedly devoted to our four-legged friends, Wolfe–who recently appeared in Last Chance for Animals’ ‘Adopt Don’t Shop‘ campaign– will be the special celebrity guest at Nashville Paw’s 6th annual Art for Animals fundraiser.

Taking place on February 2nd in Franklin, Tennessee, the event will feature both live and silent auctions, complimentary beverages, a retro-inspired photo booth complete with props and the premiere of Nashville Paw’s Pit Bull PSA starring Mike Wolfe and two rescued Pitties. The History Channel star will also be signing copies of Nashville Paw’s special February/March issue.

Since the start of the annual fundraiser Art for Animals has accumulated more than $33,000– funds which have benefited¬†Nashville Paw Foundation‘s ongoing mission to put an end to pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering programs.

Tickets: $30 through January 25th; $40 at the door
