Before settling in to watch the Super Bowl on February 3rd, football-loving fans of Fidos can root for their favorite tail-wagging team as adorable adoptable doggie draft picks from The Bill Foundation score touchdowns in the hearts of online viewers during The Rescue Bowl.

Taking place on game day from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. pst, a total of 20 – 25 dogs will be decked out in their team colors as they run out on the ‘playing field’ at Healthy Spot for a Shelter Dogs vs. Street Dogs showdown where every tail-wagger wins!

The live streaming event also includes lady dog cheerleaders who will show their support for the ruff-housing Rovers from the sidelines, and an entertaining halftime show starring a surprise celebrity spokes-pup.

Viewing the event is 100% free to all! Viewers also have the chance to VOTE for their favorite team by donating $5 directly through the PayPal button on our Ustream page. All donations will go directly towards helping The Bill Foundation continue rescuing dogs from dire situations, provide them with whatever care they need and finding them incredible forever homes. The winning team will be announced by The Bill Foundation via Facebook on the morning of February 4th.

RSVP now using the link below to The Bill Foundation’s Ustream Channel and you will receive a reminder before the broadcast starts. Don’t forget to click “Follow” as well!

A Los Angeles-based non-profit organization, The Bill Foundation– which provides comfort and care for 30 – 60 canines at any given time– has rescued more than 2,000 dogs from area shelters since its founding in 2000.
