For the second time this season the Durham Bulls will step up to the plate for a paws cause by hosting Bark in the Park at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.
Sports fans and their four-legged friends are invited to cheer for the home team who are helping homeless pets on June 19th as they take on the Louisville Bats. Pet parents and their pups can sit in Sections 132 or 134 of the Outfield Reserve with the purchase of a $10.99 ticket, and enjoy a two-hour all-you-can-eat picnic buffet in the same area for the price of a $25 ticket.
The K9 Crew Frisbee Dogs will also wow the crowd with performances during select inning breaks.
A happening with heart, $5 of every Bark in the Park ticket will be donated to Second Chance Pet Adoptions, the Triangle’s oldest no-kill shelter, which has provided comfort and care for homeless dogs and cats since 1989.
Admission: $10.99 or $25 (ticket includes entry for both person and pet)
When: June 19, 2013 at 7:05 p.m.
