The Voice UK Contestant Matt Henry Helps Dogs Trust Harefield

While only time will tell if he will be deemed the winner of The Voice UK season two, Matt Henry has already won the hearts of animal lovers for helping Dogs Trust, the largest dog welfare charity in the United Kingdom.

A volunteer at Dogs Trust Harefield, the singing sensation recently returned to the West London rehoming center to act as a judge at the charity’s annual Open Day and Fun Dog Show.

Complete with a Dogs Trust parade, a doggy game zone, a dog photographer and much more, the event was a day of play with a purpose which helped to raise almost £30,000 for Dogs Trust Harefield. One of 18 Dogs Trust rehoming centers in the UK, the branch typically provides comfort and care for more than 150 dogs in need of forever homes at any given time.
