High-profile pals to all with paws gathered recently for the ASPCA Young Friends Benefit– an annual opportunity to encourage enterprising young professionals’ passion for compassion toward animals in need.
Taking place at the Frank Gehry-designed IAC Building in Chelsea, adorable adoptables Remmy (a pit bull), Bernie (a poodle), Polo (a Yorkie) and Mario (a boxer) partied at the “Copycat”-themed fete alongside such animal-loving luminaries as:
Christiane Seidel from the hit HBO series Broadwalk Empire
Joe Gatto from truTV’s Impractical Jokers
Fashion designer Maggie Norris
The President and CEO of the ASPCA, Matthew Bershadker
Acclaimed artist Domingo Zapata
The happening with heart also included a silent auction, music by DJ Kiss and a special screening of Ralph Lauren’s new Fido-centric fashion film The Dog Walk, which features stylish Spots from the ASPCA to mark Adopt-A-Dog Month.
