Understanding the healing power that a pet’s unconditional friendship provides to a person’s mind, body and spirit as they fight against disease, since 1991 The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation has given support to various chapters of Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS), a non-profit organization which offers hope and help to pet parents with HIV/AIDS, the elderly and people with chronic illness with veterinary care, pet food, foster care, transportation and other services.

Puppies and I love to hear good news like this! Thanks for sharing. We do know how wonderfully healing it is to get + give unconditional love. Many people feel isolated especially in the big cities we have and their pets give them on-going reasons to live.
