Facebook Community Members: Please Subscribe to See Our Updates!

We love that many of you–over 119,000, to be exact–follow us on Facebook. We love the daily interaction of our community members and the great way that you share our adoptable dog of the day, news, and more.

But, as fans of Facebook know, following a page on Facebook does not mean that you’ll see the page updates in your feed. A few months ago, the percentage of page updates seen in your feed dropped to under 20 percent. Just yesterday, we read that an upcoming change means that, unless individual posts are promoted ($$$), they’ll only be seen by 1 to 2% of those who like a page.

That’s OK. We understand. Facebook has their business to run.

But we also know that we want to reach our community members, ones who have given us their vote of approval by liking our page. How can you be sure that you see our updates?

It’s easy: just subscribe to our PetTipper newsletter.

Our daily PetTipper newsletter includes a summary of our updates. It’s not long, just a list of headlines with a brief description of each. You can then click over to see which items are of interest to you. It’s mobile-friendly so you can check it on the go.

Your address information will never be shared, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Each week, you’ll find a new Secret Code in the newsletter that gives you 100 extra entries in any and all of our giveaways. And our subscribers also receive two free ebooks: How to Put Your Dog on a Budget and Litterbox Problems in Cats, written by a vet tech.

If you’re not already subscribing, please take a moment to subscribe below. You’ll receive an email with a link to click to confirm your subscription then you’re all set. You’ll never again miss our updates. And while we’ll stay active on Facebook, you won’t have to worry that you’re not seeing our posts, regardless of the coming changes! Thank you so much for being a part of the DogTipper family!
