Kristen Bell Stars in Rescue Waggin’: Tales from the Road

BellHer voice brought the character of Princess Anna to life in the contemporary animal classic Frozen, and now actress Kristen Bell is speaking out for a paws cause to explain how the true love of a shelter pet can melt your heart.

Co-starring with Lola and Mister Shakes, the rescued canine companions who have played vital roles in Bell’s life for the past eight years, the actress’s appearances is an introduction to episode one of PetSmart Charities Rescue Waggin’: Tales from the Road.

Narrated by actor Josh Duhamel (whose production company, Dakotakid Media, has helped to launch the web series) the episode shines a spotlight on dogs from Carthage Humane Society as they embark on a journey to find their forever homes.

Along with Kristen Bell, several Spot-loving celebrities, including Adam Shankman, Poison frontman Bret Michaels and Josh Duhamel, will also make appearances with pups over the course of the eight webisodes. However, the true stars of Rescue Waggin’: Tales from the Road are the compassionate individuals who care for the traveling canines on each leg of their road trip as the Rescue Waggin’ vehicles trek up to 3,000 miles each week.
