Scooby-Doo, Cesar Millan Promote Mutt-i-Grees Pack Party Events

He’s famous for traveling in the Mystery Machine as part of a crime-cracking cartoon team, but now everyone’s favorite animated Mutt-i-gree Scooby-Doo has teamed up with North Shore Animal League America. Scooby-Doo will help draw attention to the organization’s four lifesaving mobile rescue and adoption units as they travel across the country to help real life adoptable Rovers who are looking to solve the mystery of where their forever pet parents can be found.

As the world’s largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization gets ready for the 14th annual Tour for Life– which will cover more than 17,000 miles as it stops in 52 U.S. cities and 26 states, plus Washington D.C.– schools and libraries along the way are invited to host Pack Party events to raise funds for, and awareness of, their local shelter and Mutt-i-grees’ in-school curriculum programs which teach social and emotional learning skills by helping homeless animals.

“Warner Bros. and Scooby-Doo are proud to support the Mutt-i-grees Curriculum and partner with North Shore Animal League America’s Tour for Life,” said Karen McTier, Executive Vice President, Domestic Licensing and Worldwide Marketing, Warner Bros. Consumer Products. “With Scooby-Doo at the head of the pack, even more young fans and dog-lovers will be able to participate in community-hosted Pack Parties across the country to advocate for shelter adoption and help animals find the home that they deserve.”

Proceeds raised through the national Mutt-i-gree’s Pack Party website will benefit North Shore Animal League America and the Cesar Millan Foundation, and the school or library which raises the most funds at a Mutt-i-grees Pack Party will also be eligible to win $1,000 for their organization and a visit from Scooby-Doo himself!
