Celebrity Hairstylist, Dog Groomer Raise Funds for Bideawee

diyPups and their doggedly devoted pet parents are invited to enjoy an afternoon of pampering in support of a paws cause on June 14th as celebrity stylist James Corbett (along with his barking buddy, Diego) and celebrity dog groomer Jorge Bendersky (and his canine companion, Tito) host Heads and Tails.

For Dogs

Sybaritic Spots can mellow out with Jorge Bendersky’s Specialty Pet Treatment in the Garden– a soothing lavender essential oil treatment created to calm canines and prevent fleas and ticks. Bendersky will also treat trend-setting tail-waggers with short hair to a nontoxic temporary tattoo.

For Humans

Dog devotees can also let their cares drift during James Corbett’s Exclusive Salon Treatment for Pet Parents– a blend of lavender and essential oils for a relaxing and hydrating treatment which is beneficial to both the scalp and hair.

Other Activities

  • Meet adorable adoptables from Bideawee
  • A signing of Jorge Bendersky’s book DIY Dog Grooming, From Puppy Cuts to Best in Show
  • A Dogfroyo™ sampling by The Yappy Treats Cart™
  • Complimentary glitter tattoos for kids and adults by Glitter Tattoo New York

A happening with heart, the stylish salon event will benefit Bideawee, a pet welfare organization which has helped New York and Long Island’s dogs and cats in need for more than a century.
