Doggedly devoted sports fans can enjoy America’s favorite national pastime and help North Shore Animal League America in the process when the New York Mets take on the Washington Nationals at Bark at the Park.
Hitting a home run in the hearts of Fido-loving fans, pups and their pet parents can promenade in a Dog Parade before taking their seats in the Pepsi Porch area to watch their favorite team play ball.
(As an added bonus for baseball buffs, the first 15,000 fans at Citi Field will be presented with a Curtis Granderson player poster.)
The September game will mark the fourth time this season that the Mets have gone to bat for a paws cause, with all of the proceeds from each Bark at the Park game’s dog ticket and a portion of the proceeds from tickets for two-legged fans benefiting the world’s largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization.
Tickets: A ticket for a human is $45; $10 for a dog ticket
