Gossip Girl star Blake Lively always has plenty of XOXO’s for her precious Penny. The three-year-old Maltepoo– a familiar face on the set of the popular CW series– came from Texas Teacups, where High School Musical’s Ashley Tisdale, Rihanna and Olympic medalist Michelle Kwan found their four-legged friends.
