Piper Perabo Picks the Top Pooches at the 8th Annual Animal Fair Halloween Pet Costume Party
Donning a "fetch"ing little black dress for her evening at Mansion, Beverly Hills Chihuahua star Piper Perabo received a kiss from a canine competitor at the 8th Annual Animal Fair Halloween Pet Costume Party to benefit the Humane Society of New York on October 27, 2008. While every dog may not have gone home with the top prize, no doubt each won the heart of the actress and the rest of the panel of celebrity judges-- Beth Ostrosky-Stern, America's Next Top Model cycle 10 winner Whitney Thompson and Triumph the Insult Dog.
