When the lights go down in theaters on Christmas Day, movie goers will laugh at the antics of the 13 celebrity canines that portray the lovable Labrador Retriever in the cinematic adaptation of John Grogan’s best seller, Marley & Me. Dogs of all ages were on set during filming, including Woodson, who will be seen on screen as the puppy actor Owen Wilson, who plays journalist John Groban in the movie, and Jennifer Aniston, who took on the role of Groban’s wife Jenny, chooses as a pet. In a case of life imitating art, Woodson now lives with the Groban family, having been presented to the writer’s daughter as filming of the flick came to a close.
