Born on September 30, 2000, Barney has been top dog at the White House throughout the eight-year tenure of President George W. Bush. Although he and Miss Beazley will soon be leaving 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for new “digs,” the tiny Scottish Terrier’s years as First Fido, captured for posterity in “Barneycam” videos, have become a memorable part of White House history.
