NASCAR driver Jamie McMurray may not always be the first to cross the finish line when the checkered flag drops, but no matter the outcome the 2007 Pepsi 400 winner knows that he always ranks number one in the eyes of his loyal canine companion, a yellow Labrador named Jake. The speed demon, who recently posed with his four-pawed pal at the Richmond International Raceway for the Jim Stewart 400 NASCAR Nextel Cup race, will make a pit stop soon to say “I do” to fiancee Christy Futrell, who is the proud parent of a Pomeranian called Chloe.
