Although the album which first brought her name to the world’s attention was christened Mademoiselle Chante le Blues (Lady Sings the Blues,) French chanteuse Patricia Kaas has a song in her heart thanks to her loyal chien, a Maltese named Tequila. A gift from Claude Lelouch, the director of Un Homme et Une Femme (A Man and A Woman,) globe-trotting Tequila recently explored the land of Vodka as the superstar toured Moscow.
