Cesar Millan, the Dog Whisperer, has released a new video on YouTube; although it provides few hints other than the date of October 2009 (a new special program? event? it’s a mystery!), this video promotes FugitivePuppies.com from Cesar Millan Inc. The site includes the video, downloadable posters and badges, and a newsletter signup. We’ve signed up for the newsletter and will keep you posted on developments.
