Taking a short summer break from dispensing advice, self-help guru Dr. Phil McGraw enjoyed the therapeutic benefits of a walk with his four-legged friend during a vacation to Beaulieu-sur-Mer on the French Riviera. From the bag in his hand, it looks as though the television personality and his tail-wagging chum have also indulged in a little retail therapy while on their trip.
