A gifted actor with a talent for tunes (his former band Phantom Planet provided the opening song for the former Fox series The O.C.), it comes as no surprise that Rushmore star Jason Schwartzman chose a song as the muse for his dog’s moniker. Just like the 1970’s Nilsson hit “Me and My Arrow,” the son of actress Talia Shire is never far from his French Bulldog buddy, aptly named “Arrow,” and in 2008 the actor even dedicated the song to his four-pawed pal when he took on the role of guest DJ at KCRW. The actor/musician, who is soon to share the silver screen with Seth Rogen and Adam Sandler in Funny People, was recently spotted giving Arrow a lift into his car as they left a West Hollywood hotel.
