Stephanie Pratt, who watched her brother Spencer walk down the aisle with Heidi Montag this past spring, strolled down the red carpet at The Lot in Hollywood during the 3rd Annual Bow Wow Wow event for Much Love Animal Rescue on August 22, 2009. Posing for posterity with a paparazzi-ready Rover, after the Fido-friendly function The Hills star went home to Charlie, her own little fur baby. A star in his own right, Charlie is currently entered in the America’s Cutest Dog Competition. If he is voted top dog Pratt will donate Charlie’s winnings to a dog charity, the reality personality announced on her web site.
