Her character Chelsea may be smitten with womanizer Charlie Harper on the CBS hit Two and A Half Men, but it looks as though actress Jennifer Bini Taylor definitely has a case of puppy love for this cuddly cutie, who was just one of the dogs who posed with the paparazzi magnets who attended the 3rd annual Bow Wow Wow Howlywood event to benefit Much Love Animal Shelter.
