Music legend Billy Joel may be back on the dating scene, but his heart will always belong to the four-legged ladies in his life– Fionula and Sabrina. The Grammy winner– who voiced a dog-interpreted version of the Artful Dodger in the 1988 Disney romp Oliver & Company– was in a “New York State of Mind” recently as he enjoyed an afternoon of father/fur baby bonding with his precocious pug, Sabrina.
