Brittany Murphy and her husband Simon Monjack were recently spotted giving a big bear hug to their cuddly canine Clara before boarding a plane at LAX. The star of Uptown Girls and 8 Mile confided to OK magazine that the Maltese is “a humongous personality in a tiny package. She’s more of a family member than a pet.”
The actress is definitely a friend to all on four feet, having used her star wattage to shine a spotlight on the California animal sanctuary Wildlife Waystation.
